This Liability Waiver ("Waiver") is made by the purchaser ("Purchaser") on the date of purchase of the ammunition ("Product") from the bullet company Halo Ammunition ("Company"). The Purchaser acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any harm the Product may cause to the Purchaser or any third party.

By Purchasing the Product, the Purchaser acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. The Product is an inherently dangerous item that, if used improperly, can cause serious injury, death or property damage.
2. The Purchaser is solely responsible for the safe storage, handling and use of the Product.
3. The Company makes no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, regarding the Product, including but not limited to its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Company shall not be liable for any damage, injury or death caused by the Product, regardless of whether such damage, injury or death is caused by the Company's negligence, the Purchaser's negligence or any other cause.
5. The Purchaser shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to reasonable attorney's fees, arising from and in connection with the Purchaser's use of the Product.
6. The Purchaser acknowledges that this Waiver is binding upon the Purchaser and the Purchaser's estate, executors, administrators, heirs, assigns and all other legal representatives.
7. The Purchaser represents and warrants that the Purchaser is at least 21 years of age.
8. The Purchaser acknowledges that this Waiver is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located and that any legal action arising from this Waiver shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
9. The Purchaser acknowledges that this waiver may not be altered or modified except in writing signed by the Company.
10. The Purchaser acknowledges that the Purchaser has read this Waiver fully, and understands its terms voluntarily.
11. The Purchaser agrees to follow all local/state/federal laws and regulations in accordance with this ammunition and in its purchase, distribution and use. The Purchaser holds harmless the Company from any violation of Purchaser's local laws. The Purchaser acknowledges that laws vary from area to area and takes sole responsibility to adhere and be governed by those laws. Any violations of such laws or regulations is the responsibility of the Purchaser. The Company makes no claims whether the sale of this ammunition is legal in the Purchaser's jurisdiction.
